Cadence (the “Service”) is operated by True AI Ventures, LLC (“True AI Ventures,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a Delaware limited liability company. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our website and the Cadence apps for iPhone and Apple Watch.
Our data practices are intentionally minimal; if they change as the product evolves, we will update this policy and revise the “Last updated” date above.
Information We Collect
- Email signup. If you sign up for updates on our website, we collect the email address you provide so we can contact you about Cadence news and updates.
- Website analytics. We use Google Tag Manager to manage analytics technologies, including Google Analytics. These technologies may collect information such as pages visited, referring pages, approximate location, browser and device information, and interactions with the website. Google may process this information on our behalf and may use cookies or similar technologies. This website analytics data does not include routines, workouts, or HealthKit data from the Cadence apps.
- Routine and workout data. Routines, timers, and session history you create in the Cadence apps are stored on your device.
- Health data. With your permission, the Cadence watch app uses Apple HealthKit workout sessions to keep your timer active during a class. Health data is processed on your device and is not transmitted to our servers. We never use HealthKit data for advertising or share it with third parties.
- Feedback. If you send us feedback or bug reports, we keep that correspondence so we can act on it and follow up with you.
How We Use Your Information
- To provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
- To understand website usage and evaluate product and marketing performance.

What We Don't Do
- We do not sell your personal information.
