Cadence is the Apple Watch class timer and iPhone routine builder for boutique fitness instructors. If something isn't working the way you expect, we want to hear about it.
Email [email protected] and we'll get back to you as soon as we can. Include your iPhone and Apple Watch models and a short description of what happened — screenshots help.
Answers to the most frequent questions — watch compatibility, syncing, and how haptic cues work — are on our FAQ.
Cadence includes an Apple Watch app. By default, Apple Watch installs watch-compatible iPhone apps automatically. If Cadence did not install, open the Watch app on your iPhone, go toMy Watch → General, and turn on Automatic App Install. You can also install it manually from My Watch → Available Apps. Cadence Wrist requires watchOS 10 or later.
If routines aren't appearing after installation, open Cadence Wrist once, then tapSync Now in the iPhone app. Cadence first confirms that the update is scheduled, then shows when Apple Watch has applied it. You do not need to keep either app open while a scheduled update is delivered.
